On Saturday 17th September about 30 OWs who left in the last ten years came back to school for a curry and a few beers and an opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new ones. Some of our newest OWs from the Class of 2011 mingled with some 2003 ‘veterans’ (a stalwart group of OW event-attenders, to whom we are grateful for their continued support). The afternoon continued with cheering on the U16 and U14 rugby teams as they beat Bloxham in glorious sunshine on the Christ Church pitches. Some then continued to the Cape with Mr Cooper for a ‘very Magdalen’ game of Scrabble, and more reminiscing over Magdalen memories.
